Over the past years, she has dedicated her career to transforming food and agricultural waste into elegant, durable surfaces—building a future where materials are created without extracting from nature.
As the founder and CEO of OTTAN, Ayşe bridges innovation and adoption—scaling sustainable solid materials for interiors through decentralized sourcing and manufacturing, making Net Zero practical, affordable, and design-forward. As a spiritual being, she believes that true beauty arises from within. She is deeply committed to becoming a better human by nurturing her mind, body, and soul—to lead with awareness, create with purpose, and build with integrity.
